BELLOWS EGR FLEX

Exhaust Gas Re-circulation Tubes are flexible hose bellows that is incorporated as an integral part of the exhaust structure. Designed to withstand the vibrational stress of high temperatures, these EGR tubes can be used with couplers & clamps.

Exhaust Gas Re-circulation tubes are designed for after treatment of exhaust gases.

Bellow Flex Pipes are for Specialty Applications including high heat exhaust gases and DPF applications

Heres how it works:

Pressure inside the exhaust manifold is increased this is accomplished through the use of a variable geometry turbocharger
The recirculated exhaust gas enter the water called eat your cooler from the exhaust manifold.
First temperatures reduces the cold gas then continues to flow through the exhaust tubing to the ER valve.
